Another billboard campaign

In May of this year, I had five large wide-format billboards put up in St. Gallen. I enjoyed this so much that I came up with five more designs right after and thought I would do them at a later date. In November, I asked God what was next for me, and immediately the thought of the posters came to mind. So I ordered the posters from the printer and booked them with the billboard company.
I had chosen the most attractive and high-traffic locations, so I knew the price and it was high. Then I clicked to pay—and only half the amount was displayed. I hadn’t done anything wrong; there was an anniversary discount. Hooray! And so I was able to donate the other half to an organization that I sensed that God told me. I’m so happy and thankful for our creative God who multiplies the impact of donations!

Now, in mid-December 2025, the first two of five posters are up. My blog address is printed at the bottom of the posters (you can’t hang posters without an address). If anyone is curious and wants to know who created the posters, or even better, if anyone wants to know why God means peace and security, then I hope that the thoughts shared on the blog will help them. The blog also includes my email address, which they can use to contact me.

I told people at our church that I was making the posters again. A woman who hadn’t heard it before told me that her daughter (18 years old) goes to school in St. Gallen. Her and her friends walked by the first series of posters that said “God loves you anyway.” They noticed it, and it seems to have had quite an effect on some of them. They had a big discussion about it. Why does it say “anyway”? My friend’s daughter believes in Jesus and had answers for her classmates.

That’s exactly what I wanted and prayed for, that the posters would make people think and spark discussions. Of course, I would love it if they actually caused a change in thinking.
But I’m really happy that the posters are actually being seen and having an impact!
I’m thankful to God that I heard about it.

When we praise God and tell others about him—whether in a personal conversation, through posters, or in any other way—it will have an impact. No matter how you do it, you can be sure that it will have an effect, even if you don’t see it right away. Sometimes it takes patience! Expect an impact and be happy about it!

I wish you security, peace, love, freedom, and warmth, which Jesus generously shares with you from his abundance and which he also brings into your world!

I wish you a joyful Advent season and a peaceful Christmas!
Angie
